There are aspects of this course that do not require any physical activity – but if your body is recovering from an injury, we insist that you do not practice the yoga section until you have permission from your physician.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness – and by practicing you will be able to recognize your current limitations, and also recognize when those limitations are illusions that are holding you back.
