I didn’t move to escape my life. I moved to finally live it.
There was a version of success I had been chasing in California: the house, the schedule, the constant hustle. Somewhere along the way I realized I was building a life I kept needing a vacation from. So we changed the question. Where do we want to wake up? How do we want our children to see the world?
The answer led us to the Mediterranean. This is the story of that leap, and everything it has taught me since.
